| Ted grew up in the food industry in Orange County where both his mother and uncle owned restaurants. His formal culinary education in French cuisine started over twenty five years ago. After cooking for clients at private functions, he decided to raise the level of his cooking technique. While attending the world famous French Culinary Institute in New York City, he was fortunate enough to be instructed by such famous chefs as Jacques Pepin, Jacques Torres, Andre Soltner and Alain Sailhac. Chef Ted furthered his knowledge of food and wine pairing from the famous master sommelier and author, Andrea Immer. This is an integral part of creating that perfect meal. The right wine with your meal makes all the difference. Cooking experiences range from cooking gourmet meals for private parties of 4 in the home of a client, to preparing food and cooking at functions serving literally thousands of people.Ted was one of many chefs preparing food at the Grammy Awards in New York. Plus helping cook for functions at the James Beard Foundation. |
| For the past few years, Ted has taken groups to Europe on culinary trips. This year plans are being made to once again explore new tastes somewhere in the world. Future trips in planning will be Asia and Austria. Please keep in touch for further adventures. Menu suggestion are available upon request.
